河北赛克尔环保有限公司成立于2010年，由石家庄市盛埊土石方工程有限责任公司与加拿大合资兴建。公司坐落于石家庄高新区行唐工业园区，占地200.1亩，注册资金1200万美元，拟投资总额3600万美元。
Hebei Saikeer Enviromental Ltd. jointly financed by Shijiazhuang Shengdi Earth and Rock Engineering Ltd and Canada is established in 2010.The corporation is located in Xingtang Industrial zone of Shijiazhuang High and new technology region ,covering an area of 13.34 hectare. The total amount of the joint venture company’s registered capital shall be US Dollars twelve million (USD 12,000,000), while the total amount of investment required by the joint venture company is US Dollars thirty six million (USD 36,000,000).

The scope of business of the joint venture company is to treat domestic and biological waste, manufacture and sell organic fertilizer and environmental equipment, produce and purify methane, apply and popularize the hydroelectric technology with gas. Saiker waste treatment technology completely will realize the environmental dream of garbage recycling in the process of “ pollution –free, emission-free” by avoiding polluting the underground water and air around us as well as doing harm to the health of human beings. The company daily treats the garbage of 500 tons and produces organic fertilizer of 140 tons (solid fertilizer constitutes 60 tons, quid fertilizer constitutes 80 tons) and gas of 440,000 cubic meters.
